Meaning
The system has detected an issue
with the saline prime.
The system has detected that the
containers may not have been
placed on the correct scales.
The system has detected an issue
with the transfer of RBCs from the
chamber to the container.
(Applicable to RBC/Plasma
procedure only)
The system has detected a low flow
condition during filtration.
The system has detected that the
centrifuge door lock did not lock.
The system has detected an issue
with the STOP button during the
STOP button test.
The system has detected that some
kit components were not been
removed prior to starting a new
procedure.
See alarm 7026.
This alarm occurs after alarm 7092
if the system determines there is still
something on the scale prior to
starting a new procedure.
The system has detected unstable
weigh scale readings during
installation.

Resolution
- Check that the saline container is properly
installed on the saline scale.
- Check that the saline cannula is broken.
- Check the saline line for kinks or occlusions.
- Resume the procedure.
- Check each container highlighted on the screen
for correct placement on the scales.
- Resume the procedure.
- Check for kinks in the tubing that is highlighted
on the screen.
- Check each container highlighted on the screen
for correct placement on the scales.
- Resume the procedure.
- Check for kinks in the tubing from the cassette
to the leukoreduction filter and from the filter to
the red cell storage containers.
- Resume the procedure.
- Open and close the centrifuge door.
- Ensure centrifuge door is latched.
- Resume the procedure.
- If problem persists, contact the Hotline.
- Turn the instrument OFF, then back ON to
start a new procedure.
- If problem persists, contact the Hotline.
- Remove the kit from the instrument.
- Check that there is no weight on any of the
scales.
- Open cassette compartment and/or centrifuge
door.
- Resume the procedure.
See alarm 7026.
- Remove any weight from the scales.
- Turn the instrument OFF, then back ON to
start a new procedure.
- If problem persists, contact the Hotline.
- Check the container that is highlighted on the
screen.
- Resume the procedure.
