Users
Finding a User
To find a User in the system, follow the steps below.
1. Click Users in the Main
Window.
2. Click Find.
3. The Find User window will open. Select the Find by option.
4. If searching using a name (First or Last) or the PIN/Code enter the
name or PIN into the Search for field.
e. Click Find. All applicable users will appear in the Search
Results List.
f. Select the desired user in the Search Results List and click
OK. The Find User window will close and the Users window
will show the selected User.
7. If searching for a Card using a Reader:
h. Use the format select drop down menu to select the card
format.
i. Double click the Search for field.
j. Present the card to the reader.
k. After a few seconds the Find User window will close and the Users window will show the selected User.
12. If searching for an iButton using a Reader:
a. Double click the Search for field.
m. Present the iButton to the reader.
n. After a few seconds the Find User window will close and the Users window will show the selected User.
