Phone Number: If you have to dial some digit to get an outside line, enter this
digit followed by a comma before the phone number. If the number is a
long distance number, enter the one and the area code as appropriate. For
example, if you had to dial a nine for an outside line, and the number was
long distance and required one and an area code, you would enter the
number like this:

You do not have to enter the dashes; they do not make a difference. You could
equally well enter the number above like this:
9,18025551212
Time Adjustment: If this site is in a different time zone, enter the number of
hours the time difference is. For example, if you are in New York and
were setting up a connection with a site in California, you would enter -3
since in California it is three hours earlier than in New York. If you are in
California and setting up a connection with a site in New York, you would
enter 3 since it is three hours later in New York. Only do this if you want all
times reflecting the time zone you are currently in.

it dialing and connecting. If there is a problem connecting, turning the
