Receive Timeout Error Interrupt Mask When read, returns the current
mask for the RTIM interrupt. Write values:
RTIM
1 = Enable the RTI interrupt
0 = Mask the RTI interrupt
Transmit Interrupt Mask When read, returns the current mask for the TXIM
interrupt. Write values:
TXIM
1 = Enable the TXI interrupt
