6.3.3.6 Frame Check Sequence Errors (FRCHK)

This register hold the count of frames an integral number of bytes-long, have a bad CRC,
and are between 64 and 1,518 bytes in length (1,522 if NETCONFIG:RECBYTE is 1).

6.3.3.7 Alignment Errors (ALIGNERR)
This register holds the count of frames that are not an integral number of bytes-long and
have bad CRC when their length is truncated to the correct number of bytes. The bytes'
length is between 64 and 1,518 bytes in length (1,522 if NETCONFIG:RECBYTE is 1)
