13.2.2.2 Identification Register (CHIPID)
CHIPID is the Identification Register. This Read Only register contains the last three digits
of the part number encoded as a 3 digit Binary Coded Decimal (BCD). The CHIPID register
is used in conjunction with the SILICONREV register to provide the SoC part number
(CHIPID:PARTNO) and the revision number of the silicon (SILICONREV:REVNO).
