JnxSoamLmCfgEntry Specifies a configurable repetition time between
Measurement Intervals in a Loss Measurement session,

in seconds.
If the value is 0 (none), there is no time gap between the
end of one Measurement Interval and the start of a new
Measurement Interval. This is the normal usage case.
If the value is greater than 0 but less than or equal to the
measurement interval, an error is returned.
If the value is greater than one Measurement Interval there
is time gap between the end of one Measurement Interval
and the start of the next Measurement Interval. The
repetition time specifies the time between the start of
consecutive Measurement Intervals; hence the gap
between the end of one Measurement Interval and the
start of the next is equal to the difference between the
repetition time and the measurement interval. During this
gap, no SOAM PDUs are sent for this session and no
measurements are made.
This object can only be written at row creation time and
cannot be modified once it has been created.
