crushed inlet hose or

loose
hose
clamp allowing
air
into
the suction
side of
the
sys-
tem
.
Check
the reservoir for
cracks.
Tighten
or
replace
as nec-
essary.
Check
the
drive
shaft oil
seal.
If
pump
noise
is abnormally
loud.
remove and
inspect the
pump for
wear and
damage
(see pa
ge
17-
25),
Tighten or
replace
the belt.
