Measure ATP 1 Voltage:
1. Shift to
[I]
position.
2.
Measure the voltage between
the 015 and 820 or 822 termi-
nals.
Is there voltage?
NO
Check LG Wire for an Open
Circuit:
1.
Turn th e ignition switch
OFF.
2.
Check for continuity between
the 820 terminal and body
ground. and between the 822
terminal and body ground.
Is Ihere conlinuity?
YES
Check for loose terminal fit in the
PCM connectors. If necessary.
substitute a known-good PCM
and recheck.
YES
NO

Repair open in the wire
between
the 015 terminal and the AfT
gear position switch.
