AIT Gear Position Switch
Replacement
Make sure lifts. jacks. and safety stends
properly I ..... section 11.
1. Raise the front of
the vehicle. and support it with
safety stands (see section 1).
2. Set the parking brake, and block both rear wheels
securely.
3. Shift to
[!!]
position.
4. Remove the
A!f
gear position switch connector
from the connector bracket, then disconnect it.
5. Remove the
AfT
gear position switch harness clamp.

6. Remove the harness clamp from the end cover,
then remove the
AfT
gear position switch cover and
AfT
gear position switch .

position. The
