Windshield Wiper Arms and Linkage Replacement
CAUTION: Put on gloves to protect your hands.
NOTE : Take care not to scratch the hood and body.
1. Remove the windshield wiper arms.
2. Remove th e clips, then remove the cowl cover.

Pry
out the inner clip .

3. Disconnect the connecto r, remove the bolts, then
remove the windshield wiper linkage assembly.

4. Separate th e windshield wiper linkage and wind -
shield wiper motor.
NOTE: Scribe a line across the link and windshield
wiper linkage to show the original adjustment .

5. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
NOTE:
• Make sure the connector is co nnected properly.
• If necessary, replace any damaged clips.
• Install the windshie ld wiper arms as described
o n page 20-103.
• Check the windshield wiper motor operation .
• Grease the moving parts.
