Initializes a disk inserted in the flexible disk drive, RAM disk, and flash disk. (No query)

read out to the external controller. This command has the same function as the

Reads out whether a pulse has been inputted to INPUT1 of the 24-bit I/O port, during the

query response is 0). (Query only)
