4.3.3 RMD Elements Adjustment Rules

4.3.3.1 Brace
The BELARUS-921.6 tractor is equipped with two screw braces.
1 –screw with joint; 2 – lock nut; 3 –drawbar; 4 –screw with joint.
To adjust the screw brake length, proceed as follows:
- unscrew lock nuts 2 (Figure 4.3.2);
- rotate the drawbar 3 counter-clockwise or clockwise to change the brace length;
- when the brace length is adjusted, lock the threaded connections by lock nuts 2.
The braces length is adjustable within range from 410 to 525 mm. When the braces are
dispatched from the manufacturer, they length is adjusted to length 510 mm. While working
with the agricultural implements, adjust the right brace length according to the penetration
depth.
4.3.3.2 Upper link
The upper length is shown in Figure 4.3.3.
The upper link length can be adjusted within range from 500 to 740 mm.
To adjust the upper link length, proceed as follows:
- unscrew lock nut 4 (Figure 4.3.3);
- rotate the handle 3 of the pipe 2 counter-clockwise or clockwise to change the up-
per link length;
- when the upper link length is adjusted, lock the threaded connection by lock nut 4.
To connect the upper link to the implement, use the pivot 7 of the screw with grip-
per, to fix the pivot install the cotter pin with ring 6 into it.
