4 Hitching

4.1 General

The Section 4 "Hitching" contains necessary directions and information concerning par-
ticularities of the BELARUS-921.6 tractor usage.
Areas of allowable BELARUS-921.6 tractor usage – areas with unrestricted air ex-
change, sufficient bearing capability and passability for the tractor overall dimensions.
Types of works to be performed by the BELARUS-921.6 tractor - horticultural crops and
grapes cultivation and harvesting, as well as various agricultural operations with mounted,
semi-mounted and trailed machines and implements for transport and livestock production op-
erations.
The BELARUS-921.6 tractor is completed with required operating equipment for hitch-
ing: RDH, TH, FMD (optional), rear PTO shaft, hydraulic outputs, pneumatic head and electric
socket. The listed above tractor operating equipment provides for possibility to hitch various
machines as a part of the MTA (machine-tractor aggregate or aggregate on the tractor basis).
ATTENTION: THE BELARUS-921.6 TRACTOR IS INTENDED ONLY FOR HITCHING
WITH AGRICULTURAL MOUNTED, SEMI-MOUNTED AND TOWED MACHINES AS A PART
OF MTA, WHOSE SPECIFICATIONS IN RESPECT TO HITCHING ABILITY ARE COMPATI-
BLE WITH THE TRACTOR SPECIFICATIONS! THE TRACTOR IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANY
OTHER USAGES!
ATTENTION: THE BELARUS-921.6 TRACTOR DESIGN HAS SPECIFIC PARTICU-
LARITIES AND INTENDED FOR WORKS IN GARDENS. THEREFORE SOME AGRICUL-
TURAL MACHINES FOR REGULAR MULTIFUNCTIONAL AND FURROWING AGRICUL-
TURAL TRACTORS MIIGHT NOT PERFORM THEIR OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS IS
HITCHED TO THE BELARUS-921.6 TRACTOR.
The customer selects and procures the agricultural machines for the BELARUS-921.6
tractor at his own discretion according to his needs and taking into account the machine and
tractor specifications, as well as local conditions - agricultural technologies requirements, soil
conditions, personal experience, recommendations of corresponding local consulting centres
and agricultural production enterprises.
ATTENTION: DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION ON SPECIFIC USAGE ASPECTS
FOR THE AGRICULTURAL MACHINES WITH TRACTOR, INCLUDING THE TRACTOR
RECOMMENDED SPECIFICATIONS, ARE INDICATED IN THE HITCHED MACHINES OP-
ERATIONAL DOCUMENTATION!
Possibilities to use the agricultural tractors under specific usage conditions are limited by
allowable range of rated drawbar loads and engine power, maximum allowable load on the trac-
tor, undercarriage towing and hitching properties, wheels slipping, operating movement speed,
value of the power take-off and the hitched machines' operating weight.
ATTENTION: WHILE OPERATING THE TRACTOR AS A PART OF THE MTA IT IS
NECESSARY TO STUDY AND STRICTLY OBSERVE DIRECTIONS IN THE OPERATIONAL
DOCUMENTATION FOR THE MACHINES TO BE HITCHED TO THE TRACTOR! PERSONS
WHO ARE NOT FAMILIARISED WITH SUCH DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING SAFETY
EMASURES FOR THE MACHINERY OPERATION, AND WHO DOES NOT HAVE DOCU-
MENTATION AT THEIR WORKPLACE, ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OPERATE THE TRAC-
TOR!
ATTENTION: WHILE HITCHING THE MOUNTED, SEMI-MOUNTED AND TOWED
MACHINES TO THE BELARUS-921.6 TRACTOR IT IS ALLOWED TO INSTALL THE AUTO-
MATED PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEM FROM THE MACHINES EQUIPMENT SET IN THE
CAB AND TO CONNECTO TO THE TRACTOR NETWORK, IF THIS IS REQUIRED IN THE
MACHINES DOCUMENTATION.
