To check the pressure in tyres, use the pressure gage MD-214 GOST 9921-81 for
tyre inflation pressure inspection (it is allowed to use other tyre inflation pressure inspec-
tion instruments with metrological performance similar to the pressure gage MD-214).

Note - Nominal loads are specified for single tyres with indicated load index and speed
symbol.
Set pressure in "cold" tyres.
Set the pressure as for speed 30 km/h while performing works requiring high draw-
bar loads.
In case of transportation works on roads with hard pavement increase pressure by
30 kPa, but no higher than maximum allowable pressure according to Table 3.2.3.
If amount of transportation works increases up to 60%, the tyre warranty life within
warranted storage life will be decreased by 30%.
Allowable maximum pressure deviations in tyres - (±10 kPa) according to pressure
gage readings.
ATTENTION: IN THE TRACTOR, WHICH IS DISPATCHED FROM THE MANU-
FACTURER, THE AIR PRESSURE IN THE FRONT WHEELS TYRES IS FROM 150 TO
190 kPa AND IN REAR WHEELS TYRES IS FROM 100 TO 40 kPa!
3.2.8.2 Tyres Operation Rules
To prevent premature tyres failures and tractor breakdowns, which are associated
with incorrect tyres usage, observe following tyres operation rules:
- timely perform tyres and wheels maintenance operations;
- protect tyres from fuel, oil and other petroleum products;
