- semi-mounted (lower links);
- semi-trailer using the cross-bar to connect to the lower links suspension axis.
ATTENTION: IT IS ALLOWED TO EQUIP THE REAR MOUNTED DEVICE LOWER
LINKS ENDS WITH THE CROSS-BAR OR SUSPENSION HITCHING AXIS TO HITCH
SEMI-MOUNTED, SEMI-TRAILER AND TRAILER AGRICULTURAL MACHINES TO
PERFORM VARIOUS WORKS AT THE MOVEMENT SPEED NO HIGHER THAN 15
KM/H!
Dimensions and design of the BELARUS-921.6 tractor RMD provides for possibility to
connect all machines with suitable dimensions of the connecting elements of connecting tri-
angle, which are shown in the RMD diagram.
Diagram of the rear mounted device of NU-2 design for the BELARUS-921.6 tractor
is shown in Figure 4.3.1.
To provide for required position of the machines following RMD adjustments in ver-
tical and horizontal planes using the upper link and braces are available:
1. Upper link length changing.
Performed to provide for uniform tillage tools penetration (equalization of the tillage
tools penetration, which are located one after another along the tractor movement direc-
tion). If the mounted plough frame is inclined forward along the tractor movement direction,
then the front frame will penetrate deeper than rear one. In such case make the upper link
longer or decrease its length, if the rear frame penetrates deeper.
2. Chanting the length of the left or right brace.
To be performed in following cases:
- to provide for the machine position in horizontal plane;
- to provide for uniform tillage tools penetration of the mounted machine along the
gripper width.
3. Chanting the length of both braces and upper link in order to provide for the ma-
chine transportation position.
To be performed in following cases:
- to provide for required road clearance;
- to provide for sufficient safe distance between the tractor and machine elements, which
will prevent touching the machine elements (clearance at least 100 mm).
IT IS PROHIBITED TO OFFSET THE MACHINE LONGITUDINAL AXIS IN RELA-
TION TO THE TRACTOR LONGITUDINAL AXIS BY ADJUSTING DRAWBARS.
ATTENTION: LENGTH OF THE RMD LEFT BRACE EQUALS TO 510 MM. DO NOT
CHANGE LENGTH OF THE LEFT BRACE UNLESS ABSOLUTELLY NECESSARY. USU-
ALLY ONLY THE LEFT BRACE LENGTH IS TO BE ADJUSTED. IF THE CROSSBAR IS
USED ON THE SUSPENSION AXIS, THEN THE LENGTH OF BRACES SHALL BE THE
SAME!
ATTENTION: IF RECOMMENDATION FOR THE DRAWBARS AND BRACES AD-
JUSTMENT ARE NOT OBSERVED, IT CAN LEAD TO DRAWBARS, SUPPORTING
BRACKETS TEARING AND OTHER BREAKAGES!
ATTENTION: NECESSARY PARTICULARITIES AND METHOD FOR ADJUST-
MENT OF MACHINES, WHICH ARE HITCHED USING THE MOUNTED DEVICES, AC-
CORDING TO PARTICULARITIES OF PROCESS PERFORMANCE AND AGRICUL-
TORAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS ARE SET FORTH IN THE OPERATIONAL DOC-
UMENTS OF THESE MACHINES. IF SUCH INFORMATION IS NOT AVAILABLE, THEN
IT IS OBLIGATORY TO OBTAIN SUCH INFORMATION FROM THE MACHINE MANU-
FACTURER OR SELLER!
