Fasten one sling rope on each side to a special nut located on rear wheel hub by one
end, and to binder bracket by another end. Also fasten one sling rope on each side of the trac-
tor to the special front wheel nut by one rope end and to binder bracket by another end.
During tractor loading/unloading use lifting mechanisms with load-carrying capacity
of at least 5 ton-force.
WARNING: WHEN THE TRACTOR IS LIFTED BY THE LIFTING EYE NUTS, IT
MIGHT MOVE A DISTANCE OF UP TO 1.5 М IN THE BACKWARD AND FORWARD DI-
RECTIONS!
Tie the steel ropes of BELARUS-921.6 tractors down to lifting eye nuts of the front
and rear wheel, as shown in the scheme roping diagram in Figure 8.1.1
When tying the steel ropes to lifting eye nut 3 (Figure 8.1.1) of the front or rear
wheel, place hauling device 2 around the lifting eye nut body and lock it by inserting stop
lock 1 into the eye of the lifting eye nut.
8.2. Tractor towing
The tractor towing is allowed with speed no higher than 10 km/h and over distances
up to 5 km.
Prior to the tractor towing it is necessary perform following:
- place the GB ranges and gears switching lever into "Neutral" position;
- place the rear PTO shaft switching handle from independent to synchronous drive
into position "Neutral";
- place the FDA drive control handle into position "OFF".
The towing shackle is installed on the tractor front bar to connect the towing rope to
tractors without ballast weights.
The towing shackle is installed on the ballast weights to connect the towing rope to
tractors with ballast weights.
The towing shackle is installed on the FMD bracket to connect the towing rope to
tractors with FMD (optional).
IT IS PROHIBITED TO USE THE TOWING SHACKLE TO LIFT THE TRACTOR.
ATTENTION: WHILE TOWING THE TRACTOR STRICTLY OBSERVE THE ROAD
TRAFFIC RULES!
