2.26.2 Connecting the Hitched Machines Additional Electric Equipment

To control the hitched machines operation process, it is allowable to equip the trac-
tor cab with monitoring equipment (control panels), which is the hitched machine accesso-
ry.
The hitched machines are equipped with various electric and electronic units, op-
eration of which can have an effect on the tractor instruments readings. Therefore, the
electric instruments, which are part of the agricultural implements equipment, shall have
the electromagnetic compatibility certificate according to international requirements.
Connect the hitched machines electric equipment to following elements of the trac-
tor electric equipment:
1. 7-pin socket (type 12N, GOST 9200) – allowable current consumption no more
than 10 А, electric circuit is protected by the fuse in the tractor electric equipment:
- "+" to the socket terminal No.5;
- "–" to the socket terminal No.3 (it is possible to connect the electric consumer of
hitched machine while the mark lights of the same machine are activated).
2. The two-pole socket (ISO 4165:2001), which is installed on the 7-pin socket hous-
ing (terminal No.8) – allowable current consumption no more than 8 or 12 А depending on
the socket type (allowable current consumption is marked on the socket housing), electric
circuit is protected by the fuse in the tractor electric equipment;
3. The tractor generator.
- "+" to the generator terminal "В+" (terminal diameter = 6 mm).
- "–" to the engine housing.
The tractor design allows following value of the electric power take-off for the hitched
machines power supply (with the tractor standard configuration with the generator power 2000
W, when the engine runs at least 1500 RPM):
1. At night with all illuminating fixtures activated:
- no more than 5 А, at continuous activation mode;
- no more than 20 А, at intermittent activation mode with activation duration less
than 15% of the tractor total operation time;
2. It is allowable to increase the power consumption during day with deactivated il-
luminating fixtures up to following values:
- no more than 25 А, at continuous activation mode;
- no more than 40 А, at intermittent activation mode less than 15% of the tractor to-
tal operation time.
ATTENTION: THE ELECTRIC CIRCUIT, WHICH IS TO BE CONNECTED TO THE
HITCHED MACHINE EQUIPMENT GENERATOR, SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH FUSES
OF CORRESPONDING RATING!
ATTENTION: IF IT IS NEEDED TO CONNECT THE HITCHED MACHINES ELEC-
TRIC EQUIPMENT TO THE TRACTOR, CONTACT THE DEALER, SINCE INCORRECT
CONNECTION OF THE HITCHED MACHINES ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT TO THE TRAC-
TOR MIGHT LEAD TO THE TRACTOR ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT FAILURE!
