4.11 Particularities of the Tractor Usage under Special Conditions
4.11.1 The tractor operation on fields with rugged surface. Possibility to use
the tractor for silage laying
Operator must be cautious and careful while working on roads and fields with downhill
(uphill).
Specifications of the general-purpose agricultural machines, which are hitched as part
of MTA, will provide for their safe and quality operation on the fieldwork sites with slopes no
higher than 9 degrees.
ATTENTION: THE BELARUS-921.6 TRACTOR IS NOT INTENDED FOR OPERATION
WITH GENERAL PURPOSE AGRICULTURAL MACHINES ON MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN,
INCLUDING ON STEEP HILLS. THEREFORE, THE TRACTOR IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH
SPECIAL DEVICES, FOR EXAMPLE WITH THE MAXIMUM INCLINATION ANNOUNCIA-
TORS!
ATTENTION: IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE THE BELARUS-921.6 TRACTOR FOR
GRASS (SILAGE OR HAYLAGE) COMPACTING IN TRENCHES AND PITS!
4.11.2 Usage of Reagents for Chemical Treatment
The cab corresponds to requirements for category 2 according to EN 15695-1:2009.
The cab belonging to this category provides for protection from dust, but not from sprays and
vapours - the tractor shall not be used under conditions, which require protection from sprays
and vapours.
The cab is equipped with the ventilation, heating and air-conditioning system according
to GOST 12.2.120. The air-conditioning system is equipped with two paper filters, whose op-
erational characteristics correspond to GOST ISO 14269-5. The cab design guarantees air-
tightness according to GOST 14269.
ATTENTION: THE BELARUS-921.6 TRACTOR CAB DOES NOT PROTECT FROM
POSSIBLE HARMFUL EFFECTS OF REAGENTS, WHICH ARE USED FOR CHEMICAL
THREATMENT OF AGRICULTURAL CROPS AND SOIL, INCLKUDING SPRINKLING.
THEREFORE, OPERATOR WHILE WORKING WITH CHEMICAL REAGENTS SHALL HAVE
THE PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT SET, WHICH CORRESPONDS TO THE
WORK CONDITIONS AT HAND.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO KEEP REAGENTS IN THE CAB, WHICH ARE USED FOR THE
CHEMICAL THREATMENT OF AGRICULTURAL CROPS AND SOIL.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO ENTER THE CAB WHILE WEARING CLOTHES AND SHOES
SOILED BY THE REAGENTS, WHICH ARE USED FOR THE CHEMICAL THREATMENT OF
AGRICULTURAL CROPS AND SOIL.
For safe and appropriate usage of such reagents, it is necessary to observe strictly di-
rections on accompanying labels and documentation for such reagents.
It is mandatory to have all required personal protection equipment and special clothes
(work overalls, closed shoes etc.), which correspond to work conditions and to safety require-
ments in force.
If the application data sheet of the chemical treatment reagent insists on working in respirator,
then you must wear it while staying in the tractor cab.
4.11.3 Working in Forest
IT IS PROHIBITED TO USE THE BELARUS-921.6TRACTOR FOR ANY WORKS IN
FOREST, INCLUDING FOR HITCHING THE CLAMSHELL LOADERS, SKIDDING
EQUIPMENT, SPECIAL FORESTRY MACHINES, WHICH ARE INTENDED FOR THE
TREES COLLECTION, LOADING, TRANSPORTATION, AS WELL AS FOR THEIR UN-
LOADING, SORTING AND STOWAGE!
ATTENTION: ACCORDING TO THE BELARUS -921.6 TRACTOR PURPOSE, ITS
STRUCTURE IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH SPECIAL DEVICE FOR OPERATOR WORKPLACE
PROTECTION DEVICE (OPS) AND THERE ARE NO SPECIAL AREAS FOR ITS INSTALLA-
TION. THEREFORE, IT IS PROHIBITED TO OPERATE THE TRACTOR UNDER CONDI-
TIONS, WHEN THERE IS DANGER OF TREES AND BRANCHES, AS WELL AS SOME
PARTS OF HITCHED EQUIPMENT GETTING INTO THE OPERATOR WORK AREA!
