RMD with load lifts slowly, spontaneously and visually noticeably lowers when
the engine stopped, position is frequently corrected
Rubber sealing of the hydraulic
hoist distributor are destroyed.
The HMS pump would not unload in whole range of the RMD travel with load
during adjustment by position and when the RMD has reached set position
If the pump briefly unloads during in-
significant movements towards the po-
sition control handle lowering and air-
tightness is normal when the engine is
stopped, then the quick-action valve of
the hydraulic hoist distributor is seized
or leaking.
If the HMS pump would not unload
when the position control handle is
moved towards lowering direction
and air-tightness is normal when
the engine is stopped, then the
pressure setting valve of the hy-
draulic hoist distributor is leaking.
The RMD with load spontaneously lowers by small distance when the RMD reaches
the position, which was set by the position control handle (RMD "sagging")
Leakage of the anti-sagging valve
in the hydraulic hoist distributor.
Position of the position control handle on digits 1 and 9 does not correspond
to transportation and lowermost position of the RMD
Incorrectly adjusted the position
control rope in the hydraulic hoist
controls.
The RMD (FMD) with load would not lift or lifts with jerks The HMS pump
"squeals" when any handle of the HMS distributor is placed into position "lifting"
Insufficient oil quantity in the hy-
draulic system.
Spontaneous movement of the power or position control handle on the control panel
Insufficiently
tightened
washers on the bracket in the hy-
draulic hoist control panel.
While performing ploughing or full cultivation with power adjusting, the im-
plement gets out of soil or penetrates too deeply when the power control handle is
slightly moved
Power sensor spring is destroyed.
Contact the dealer. It is necessary to dismount the
hydraulic hoist distributor and replace rubber sealing
by new ones.
Contact the dealer. It is necessary to dismount the
hydraulic hoist distributor, unscrew the plug, take out
the overflow valve, and remove the lock ring, spring,
guide and ball. Wash parts, pounce the valve ball to
its seat.
Contact the dealer. It is necessary to unscrew the
conical plug on the upper surface of hydraulic hoist
distributor, remove spring and pounce the valve ball to
its seat.
Contact the dealer. It is necessary to dismount the
hydraulic hoist distributor, unscrew the plug of anti-
sagging valve, remove spring and pounce the valve
ball to its seat.
Rotate the nuts, which fasten the position control rope
housing to the bracket in control panel or to the
bracket on the hydraulic hoist, to provide for matching
of corresponding positions of handles and RMD. The
dealer shall perform this operation.
Make sure that oil is available in the HMS oil tank and
if necessary top up to required level.
