2.3 Overhead Panel Key Switch Unit and Rear Windshield Wiper Switch

ing lights switch (internal); 5 – rear working lights switch (external); 6 – rear windshield wiper and
washer switch; 7 – tractor-trailer train mark lights switch.

The flashing beacon (the flashing beacon is an option) will be activated when the switch
key 1 (Figure 2.3.1) is pressed.
The cab air ventilation will be activated when the switch key 2 is pressed.
The switch has three positions:
- "OFF";
- "Slow air feed mode is ON";
- "Fast air feed mode is ON".
Additional information concerning the heater-fan (fan) see in subsection2.4 "Cab heat-
er-fan control".
When the switch key 3 is pressed, the two front working lights (installed on the cab roof)
and indicator light in the button will be activated.
When the switch key 4 is pressed, the two rear working lights (internal) and indicator
light in the button will be activated.
When the switch key 5 is pressed, the two rear working lights (external) and indicator
light in the button will be activated.
When the switch key 6 is pressed, the rear windshield wiper will be activated or the rear
windshield wiper and washer will be activated simultaneously.
The switch has three positions:
- "OFF";
- "Rear wiper is ON" – fixed position;
- "Rear wiper and rear washer are simultaneously ON" – not fixed position.
When the tractor operates, the toggle switch 2 (Figure 2.3.2) shall be in ON position
(position I).
When the switch key 7 is pressed (Figure 2.3.1), tractor-trailer train mark lights and in-
dicator light in the key will be activated (the tractor-trailer train mark lights are optional).
