5.4.1.12 Operation 11. Checking the air-conditioner hoses fastening.
Note -This operation is to be performed when the tractor is equipped with the air-
conditioner instead of the fan-heater.
Visually inspect the air-conditioner hoses fastening. The binding clamps should reli-
ably fasten the air-conditioner hoses. Contact between hoses and the tractor moving parts
is not allowed.
5.4.1.13 Operation 12.Checking / cleaning the air-conditioner drainage tubes from
contaminants.
Note -This operation is to be performed when the tractor is equipped with the air-
conditioner instead of the fan-heater.
The tractors with air-conditioner are equipped with two air-conditioner drainage
tubes, which are located under rear wings (one tube for each side) as shown in Figure
5.4.6.

Evidence of clean drainage tube - water drips from the drainage tubes outputs when
the air-conditioner operates in hot weather. If water does not drip from the drainage tubes
outputs when the air-conditioner operates in hot weather, blow off the drainage tubes with
compressed air.
Upper outputs of drainage tubes are blue and located in the cab upper section to the
left and right from the heater-cooler. To gain access to the upper outputs of drainage tubes,
proceed as follows:
- dismount the handle 3 (Figure 5.4.7) by unscrewing the handle fastening screw;
- from bolts 1 remove four caps 4 (their locations are marked by arrows in Figure
5.4.7), unscrew bolts 1;
- open the panel 2.
