The monitor buttons 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (Figure 2.9.1) are multifunctional. If any of the buttons
2, 3, 4 are pressed during the monitor operation, the display will show an image of the button
bar 6, whose icons represent the current functions of each button. The main three sections
representation will be recalled to the display if the button 1 is pressed. At that the engine RPD
scale will be shown in the upper left corner; the engine lubrication system oil pressure scale
will be shown in the upper right corner; the cooling fluid temperature in the right lower corner;
the current fuel consumption will be shown in the left lower corner.In case of the three sections
representation, parameters displayed in the left lower corned can be switched using the button
1. To enter the mode switching between parameters displayed in the right upper corner it is
necessary to press the button 5 after recalling the button bar 6. Then switch between parame-
ters using buttons 1 and 2.
When the button bar 6 is recalled, press the button 2 to recall the four sections presen-
tation of the parameters on the display 7. When the button 2 is pressed for the first time, the
display will show four parameters in digital form:
- in upper left corner – engine RPM;
- in upper right corner – cooling fluid temperature;
- in lower left corner – voltage in the vehicle network;
- in lower right corner – oil pressure in the lubrication system.
When the button 2 is pressed for the second and third time, the display will show pa-
rameters in fours in analogous form.
If necessary, user can use the displayed parameters selection mode to recall to the dis-
play presentation of the engine various parameters according to Table 2.9.1. The parameters
selection mode will be activated after the button bar is recalled by momentary pressing the
button 5. Press the button 1 sequentially to change displayed parameters in the upper left cor-
ner; button 2 - in the upper right corner; button 3 - in the lower left corner; button 4 - in the low-
er right corner. Shortly press the button 5 to exit from the parameters selection mode.
When the button bar is recalled by the button 3 pressing, the SCR system parameters
menu is entered.
The SCR system parameters graphical representation and representation of the SCR
system critical operation modes are described insubsection 2.27 " SCR system operation".
Such SCR parameters as "AdBlue reagent level in the tank", "AdBlue reagent tempera-
ture in the tank", "Exhaust gases temperature prior to the SCR catalyst" can be displayed
without entering the SCR parameters menu. All other SCR parameters, which are shown in
Table 2.9.1, can be viewed only after entering the SCR system parameters menu.
If after the SCR menu entering you will press the button 3, the engine time-related pa-
rameters graphical representation will be recalled (operates as the parameters analogous data
recorder). Required graphical parameters according toTable 2.9.1 can be selected by sequen-
tial pressing the button 3.
The time span can be adjusted in the configuration menu from 2, 10 or 30 minutes up to
1, 2, 4 or 8 hours. To open the configuration menu, press the button 5 for over 3 seconds. This
menu can also be used for selection of metric or British units, as well as for selection of avail-
able languages (English, Spanish, Swedish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, and
Russian).
ATTENTION: ONLY DEALERS ARE ALLOWED TO CHANGE THE CONFIGURATION
MENU PARAMETERS!
If errors (malfunctions) have appeared during operation, the monitor will sound the au-
dible alarm and the display will show the blinking diamond-shaped window with an exclama-
tion mark.
When the button bar is recalled, press the button 4 to recall the errors (malfunctions)
list. Scroll through the list using the buttons 1 and 2.
To exit from the errors list, acknowledge all errors by pressing the button 3. When er-
rors are no longer displayed on the monitor, they will be deleted from the list.
