Warm air is supplied into the cab when the air-conditioner is activated in cooling
mode
Destroyed sealing element of the
PO-11 valve.
Cooling fluid leakage from the cab ventilation compartment
The air-conditioner draining tubes
are clogged.
The heater tubes are torn (heater
"defrosting" because of incomplete
drainage while working during win-
ter with water).
WARNING: WEAR GLOVES AND GOGGLES WHILE DISCONNECTING AND
CONNECTING THE PIPELINES!
WARNING:TRAINED PERSONNEL USING SPECIAL-PURPOSE EQUIPMENT
FOR THE AIR-CONDITIONERS SERVICING SHALL PERFORM ANY OPERATIONS IN-
VOLVING THE AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM ELEMENTS DISCONNECTION. HIGH
PRESSURE IS PRESENT IN THE SYSTEM EVENT WHEN IT DOES NOT OPERATE!
WARNING: R134A COOLANT IS NOT TOXIC, NOT FLAMMABLE AND DOES
NOT FORMS EXPLOSIVE MIXTURES. THE COOLANT BOILING TEMPERATURE UN-
DER NORMAL CONDITIONS IS MINUS 27С. IF LIQUID COOLANT GOT ONTO SKIN,
IT WILL INSTANTANEOUSLY EVAPORATE AND CAN CAUSE SKIN AREAS OVER-
COOLING!
WARNING: ONLY SPECIALLY TRAINED PERSONNEL SHALL SERVICE AND
REPAIR THE AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM ELEMENTS!

6.12 Possible Malfunctions of the Engine and Directions for their Remedy

The list of possible malfunctions of the D-245.5S4 engine and directions for their
remedy are specified in the engine operation manual 245S4-0000100 OM.
To provide for aiding with the engine electronic control system failures searching,
this manual is appended by the schematic circuit diagram of the BELARUS-921.6 tractor
engine electronic control system (Appendix A).
Malfunction remedy
Replace the PO-11 valve
Clean the air-conditioner draining tubes according
to item 5.4.1.13 "Operation 12.Checking / cleaning
the air-conditioner drainage tubes from contami-
nants".
Replace the air-conditioner climatic unit.
