5.4.1.14 Operation 13. Checking / cleaning the air-conditioner condenser
Note -This operation is to be performed when the tractor is equipped with the air-
conditioner instead of the fan-heater.
Check the air-conditioner condenser core for cleanliness. If it is clogged, clean the
condenser by compressed air. When the bonnet is opened, direct the airflow downwards
perpendicularly to the condenser plane. Bent finning shall be straightened using special
comb or by plastic (wooden) plate. If the condenser is excessively soiled, wash it by hot
water under pressure no higher than 0.2 MPa and blow off by compressed air. Clean the
condenser core from the bonnet side and from the engine fan side.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO USE ALKALINE SOLUTIONS AND AGGRESSIVE CLEAN-
ING MIXTURES.
5.4.1.15 Operation 14. Checking / cleaning the engine water radiator.
Check cleanliness of the bonnet grill and the engine water radiator core. Blow them
off by compressed air if they are dirty. Direct the airflow downwards perpendicularly to the
water radiator plane.
If the water radiator is excessively soiled, wash it by hot water under pressure no
higher than 0.2 MPa and blow off by compressed air. Meanwhile, it is necessary to clean
the radiator core from the bonnet mask side and from the engine fan side.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO USE ALKALINE SOLUTIONS AND AGGRESSIVE CLEAN-
ING MIXTURES.
5.4.1.16 Operation 15. Checking / cleaning the engine CAC radiator.
Check the engine CAC radiator core for cleanliness. Blow it off by compressed air if
it is dirty. Direct the air flow downwards perpendicularly to the CAC radiator plane.
If the CAC radiator is excessively soiled, wash it by hot water under pressure no
higher than 0.2 MPa and blow off by compressed air. Meanwhile, it is necessary to clean
the radiator core from the bonnet mask side and from the engine fan side.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO USE ALKALINE SOLUTIONS AND AGGRESSIVE CLEAN-
ING MIXTURES.
5.4.1.17 Operation 16. Checking / washing the RMD (FMD) grippers.
It is necessary to check cleanliness of the cavity, where mechanisms for joints fas-
tening in RMD (FMD) grippers 1 (Figure 5.4.9) are located. If there is dirt, clean inner cavi-
