If this requirement is not fulfilled, then it is necessary to adjust the belt tension in the
air-conditioner compressor drive.
2. Adjusting the belt tension in the air-conditioner compressor drive:
Adjust the belt 1 (Figure 5.4.16) tension by rotating the compressor 2 on the rota-
tion axis A and threaded connection clamp B in sector groove C. After adjustment the belt
shall deviate from 4 to 6 mm under force (39 + 2.0) N, which is applied perpendicularly to
the side centre.
5.4.2.10 Operation 29. Checking the oil level in the FDA cardan drive intermediate
support
To check the oil level in the FDA cardan drive intermediate support 2 (Figure
5.4.17), proceed as follows:
- park the tractor on flat site, stop the engine and apply the tractor parking brake;
- unscrew the plug 1 of the inspection and filling opening in the intermediate support
2;
- make sure, that the oil level is at the lower edge of the inspection and filling open-
ing.
- if necessary, top up the intermediate support 2 by oil;
- install the plug of the inspection and filling opening back in its place.

5.4.2.11 Operation 30. Checking / adjustment the clutch control
To check and if necessary adjust the clutch control, proceed as follows:
1 Checking the clutch control
Check the condition of the expansion tank, main and service cylinders, pipeline, flexible
hose. There shall be no leakages of the brake fluid. Clean the control drive and clutch control
pedal from dirt and foreign objects.
Check the clearance between the release bearing and applying levers of the clutch
coupling: when the engine is stopped, total operating travel of the pedal 6 (Figure 5.4.18) shall
be equal to dimension E, which corresponds to the lever 27 movement on radius 120 mm by
value F.
Check and if necessary adjust the clutch control according to 2 "Clutch control ad-
justing" when the engine is stopped and with help of two people.
ATTENTION: ONLY DEALERS CAN ADJUST AND PUMP THE CLUTCH CONTROL.
2 Adjusting the clutch control
2.1 Rules for the clutch control adjustment
To adjust the clutch control, proceed as follows:
1. Adjustment of the clearance D (Figure 5.4.18) between the piston 10 and plunger
