4) Following lights will be activated on the indicator light unit: the indicator light of
the emergency oil pressure drop in the HPS. The engine lubrication system emergency oil
pressure warning lamp (and buzzer will sound), the pneumatic system emergency air
pressure warning lamp (if pressure is below allowable level), tank reserve fuel level warn-
inglight (if fuel in the tank is on reserve level). The parking brake activation indicator light
will blink on the MFD with frequency 1 Hz.
5) The glow-plugs operation indicator light will be activated on the indicator light
unit.
- when the GP operation indicator light goes off, start the engine by pressing the
clutch pedal and rotating the starter and instruments switch key from position I (instru-
ments are ON) into position II (engine start);
- hold the starter and instruments switch key in this position until the engine starts,
but no longer than 20 seconds. If the engine did not start, start the engine again after wait-
ing for at least one minute;
- when the engine is started, release the pedal, check operation of all indicator lights
and instruments readings (cooling fluid temperature, oil pressure in the engine, vehicle
network voltage etc.). Let the engine run at low speed, until the pressure stabilises in the
instruments operating range. Actual measured parameters and operating conditions of the
tractor units and systems are displayed on the MFD, instruments cluster, ILU, engine con-
trol system panel and data display monitor.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO OPERATE THE TRACTOR IN CONFINED AREAS WITH-
OUT REQUIRED AIR VENTILATION (AIR EXCHANGE). EXHAUST GASES CAN CAUSE
DEATH.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO START THE ENGINE WITH THE ENGINE COOLING AND
LUBRICATION SYSTEMS UNFILLED.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO OPERATE THE TRACTOR, IF THE ENGINE OIL EMER-
GENCY PRESSURE LIGHT IS ON WHEN THE ENGINE RUNS! IMMEDIATELLY STOP
THE ENGINE.
ATTENTION: THE TRACTOR CAB IS EQUIPPED WITH THE SINGLE SEAT AND
ONLY OPERATOR SHALL OCCUPY IT!
ATTENTION: PERFORM THE ENGINE STARTING AND INSTRUMENTS CON-
TROL OPERATION ONLY WHILE SEATING ON THE OPERATOR'S SEAT!
ATTENTION: BEAR IN MIND, THAT THE ENGINE CAN BE STARTED ONLY
WHEN THERANGES AND GEARS SWITCHING LEVER IS IN NEUTRAL POSITION!
ATTENTION: WHILE STARTING, THERE SHALL BE NO PEOPLE UNDER THE
TRACTOR, IN FRONT AND BEHIND IT, AS WELL AS BETWEEN THE TRACTOR AND
MACHINE CONNECTED TO IT!
IT IS PROHIBITED TO START THE ENGINE BY TOWING, SINCE IT CAN LEAD
TO THE ENGINE MALFUNCTION. START THE ENGINE ONLY FROM THE OPERA-
TOR'S WORK PLACE!
