- semi-trailer– usually connected to single point by the hitch ring to TH. It is possible to
use two-point joint connection to MD (upper link is not used). The tractor partially bears weight
of the machine in transportation position and most of the weight is supported by own travelling
wheels (usually at least two). When the machine is switched from the operating position into
the transportation position, the point of the machine connection does not change its position.
General or specific purpose transport means belong to the semi-trailer machines: general pur-
pose semi-trailers, tank semi-trailers, dump semi-trailers and semi-trailer special transport
means for the process mechanisation in agricultural production.

two-point joint connection to MD (upper link is not used). Undercarriage of the machine com-
pletely bears the machine weight in transportation position. The tractor hitch device (TH or
MD) bears only weight of the connecting device of the machine.

4.3 Mounted Devices

4.3.1 General

ATTENTION: PRIOR TO LEAVING THE TRACTOR FOR ANY DURATION IT IS
MANDATORY TO LOWER THE MOUNTED MACHINE ONTO SOIL!
ATTENTION: VALUE OF THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE MOUNTED DEVICE
ON THE SUSPENSION AXIS DETERMIES THE TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES OF
SUCH DEVICE AND NOT ALLOWABLE WEIGHT OF THE MACHINES, WHICH ARE
HITCHED USING SUCH DEVICE. ALLOWABLE WEIGHT OF THE MOUNTED MACHINE
DEPENDS ON THE MACHINE MASS CENTRE OFFSET IN RELATION TO THE SUPPORT
AXIS AND IS LIMITED BY ALLOWABLE LOADS ON THE TRACTOR AND STEERING
QUALITIES!
ATTENTION: WHILE CONTROLLING THE MOUNTED DEVICES MAKE SURE THAT
THIRD PERSONS ARE AT SAFE DISTANCE FROM THE MOUNTED DEVICES.
ATTENTION: IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO USE THE TRACTOR WITH AGRICUL-
TURAL MOUNDET DEVICES FOR SOIL MAIN HANDLING, WHICH REQUIRE AVAILABIL-
ITY OF FREE MOVEMENT IN LENGTHWISE PLANE ("ROCKING") OF THE SUSPENSION
AXIS IN BOTH DIRECTIONS.

4.3.2 Rear Three-Point Mounted Device

The RMD pain parameters, which are specified in Table 4.3.1 and in Figure 4.3.1, are
indicated for tractor equipped with rear tyres from basic set (420/70R24) with standard static
radius indicated by the tyres manufacturer.
The rear mounted device consists of three links (one upper and two lower), front ends
of which are connected by joints to the tractor and with rear ends with free joints for connecting
to the hitched machines connecting pivots. RMD is intended for connecting the rear machines
to the tractor, traction force transmission during operation and its position adjustment during
operation or movement in transportation position. RMD provides for hitching of following types
of machines and implements:
- mounted with three-point hitch (upper and lower links);
