ATTENTION: IF THE VOLTAGE INDICATOR DISPLAYS AN ABSENCE OF THE
AB CHARGING, CHECK THE GENERATOR DRIVE BELT CONDITION AND TIGHTEN-
ING!
2.6.3 The tank fuel level indicator scale 4 (Figure 2.6.1) has divisions 0–1/4–1/2–
3/4–1 (version 1) or 0–0.5–1 (version 2). The warning light 1 (orange) is built into the indi-
cator scale and it lights up when the tank fuel level drops to 1/8 of the tank total volume.
ATTENTION: DO NOT ALLOW FUEL CONSUMPTION UP TO DRY-TANK CON-
DITION (INSTRUMENT POINTER IS IN ORANGE AREA) IN ORDER TO PREVENT AN
AIR INGRESSION INTO THE FUEL SYSTEM!
2.6.4 The engine cooling fluid temperature indicator scale 8 (Figure 2.6.1) has three
areas:
- working – from 70 to 105 °С (green);
- warning – from 40 to 70 °С (yellow);
- emergency – from 105 to 120 °С (red).
The emergency temperature warning light is built into the indicator scale (red) 7,
which operates in two following modes:
- lights up and blinks when the cooling fluid temperature is from 109 °С up to and
including 112 °С.
- constantly lit when the cooling fluid temperature is from 113 °С and higher.
2.6.5 The engine lubrication system oil pressure indicator scale 10 (Figure 2.6.1)
has three areas:
- working – from 100 to 500 kPa (green);
- emergency – from0 to 100 kPa (red);
- warning – from 500 to 600 kPa (yellow).
The indicator scale has built-in oil pressure emergency drop warning light 9 (red), which il-
luminates when the oil pressure drops below 100 kPa.
ATTENTION: WHEN THE ENGINE IS STARTED IN COLD STATE THERE MIGHT
BE PRESSURE 600 kPa AND ABOVE!
ATTENTION: IF THE OIL EMERGENCY PRESSURE LIGHT IS ON WHILE THE
ENGINE RUNS, IMMEDIATELLY STOP THE ENGINE AND REMEDY THE CAUSE OF
MALFUNCTION!
