1 – pressure regulator; 2 – wing-nut; 3 – pneumatic system cylinder.
ATTENTION: WHEN THE PRESSURE IN CYLINDER INCREASES UP TO 0.77
MPa, THE PRESSURE REGULATOR WILL SWITCH THE COMPRESSOR TO THE IDLE
RUN MODE AND TYRES INFLATION WILL STOP AUTOMATICALLY. THEREFORE,
REGULARLY CHECK THE PRESSURE ON THE INDICATOR ON THE INSTRUMENTS
CLUSTER AND IF NECESSARY DECREASE IT USING THE CONDENSATE DRAINING
VALVE!
In case of the tractors without the trailer brakes drive, inflate tyres through the tyres
inflating valve, which is installed on the pneumatic compressor.
To inflate tyres through the tyres inflating valve, proceed as follows:
- unscrew wing-nut or remove the cup 2 (Figure 3.2.3) of the fitting 3;
- connect the tyre inflating hose to the air bleed fitting 3 and to the tyre valve;
- start the pneumatic compressor 1 and inflate the tyre up to required pressure while
checking it with tyre-pressure gage;
- disconnect the hose from the tyre valve and air bleed valve fitting;
- turn the pneumatic compressor 1 off and screw wing-nut or install the cup 2 onto
fitting 3 of the tyre inflating valve 4.
