5.4.1.5 Operation 4. Checking the oil level in the HMS tank
Park the tractor on flat site prior to checking the oil level. Lower the RMD links into low-
ermost position then stop the engine and apply the tractor parking brake.
Visually check the oil level on the oil level indicator 3 (Figure 5.4.4) on the tank 1 behind
the tractor. Level shall be between the indicator marks "O" and "П". If necessary, top up with
oil up to mark "П" level through oil filling opening after removing the threaded plug 2.
When the tractor operates with hitched machines, which require increased oil take-off, it
is necessary to fill oil up to mark "O" of the oil level indicator 3 when the hitched machine hy-
draulic cylinder rods are retracted.

ATTENTION: CHECK THE OIL LEVEL IN THE HMS TANK ONLY WHEN THE HYDAULIC
CYLINDERS RODS OF RMD AND HITCHED MACHINES ARE FULLY RETRACTED!
5.4.1.6 Operation 5.Checking the oil level in the HPS tank
Park the tractor on flat horizontal site prior to checking the oil level in the HPS tank 1
(Figure 5.4.5). Stop the engine and apply the tractor parking brakes.
Check the oil level using the oil-measuring rod 3. The oil level shall be between the up-
per and lower marks of the oil-measuring rod. If necessary, remove the plug 2 of the oil filling
neck and top up by oil up to upper mark of the oil-measuring rod. Put the plug 2 back in its po-
sition.
