Malfunction code
Remaining time to light limiting
of torque (25%)
If there are errors (malfunctions) in the SCR system, the timers will be activated, which
countdown time until the engine torque will be limited (light limiting 25% and hard limiting
50%). During this time, the malfunctions at hand shall be remedied. If malfunctions were not
remedied during this time, the engine torque will be limited. Meanwhile, following active errors
(malfunctions) will appear:
-SPN 520195, FMI 14 - the engine torque hard limiting by 50%;
-SPN 520196, FMI 14 - the engine torque light limiting by 25%.
If the AdBlue reagent level has fallen below 28% of the tank filling volume, the monitor will
show blinking sign as inFigure2.27.7.
If the AdBlue reagent level has fallen below 4% of the tank filling volume, the monitor will constantly
show sign as inFigure2.27.7.

ATTENTION: IF THE AdBlue REAGENT LEVEL HAS FALLEN BELOW 4% OF THE
TANK FILLING WOLUME IMMEDIATELLY FILL THE TANK BY AdBlue REAGENT!
If the AdBlue reagent level has fallen below 4% of the tank filling volume and operation
was continued with unfilled AdBlue reagent tank, and if there are errors in the SCR operation,
the monitor will constantly show symbol as inFigure 2.27.8, which represents the torque limit-
ing.
