Malfunction, evidence, reason
Full travel of the clutch lever 27 (Figure 5.4.18) is not provided when the
clutch pedal is pressed
Clearance between the piston 10 (Figure
5.4.18) and plunger 9 of piston 10 in the
main cylinder 11 is not adjusted
Air is present in the clutch control hydraulic
system.
Insufficient brake fluid level in the hydraulic
system tank.
Leakage of the main and service cylinders
operating cavities because of cups or seal-
ing rings damage or wear.
Brake fluid leakage from connections or
pipeline in the hydraulic actuator system.
Air suction into the clutch control hydraulic
system.
Clogged opening in the tank fitting, which
leads to pressure drop in the main cylin-
der, because of which air bleeds into cylin-
der through sealing.
Plugged pipeline, hydraulic hose of the hy-
draulic actuator because of dent or clog-
ging
There is no force on the clutch pedal.
The flexible hose 16 (Figure 5.4.18) vol-
ume increased, swelled, extended.

Malfunction remedy
Adjust clearance according to item 5.4.2.11

clutch control"
Pump the hydraulic system by brake fluid.
Bring the brake fluid level in the main cylinder
tank up to required level.Pump the clutch
control hydraulic system.
Replace the main and service cylinders.
Pump the clutch control hydraulic system.
Tighten connections and replace damaged
parts.Pump the clutch control hydraulic sys-
tem.
Clean the opening. Pump the clutch control
hydraulic system.
Replace the pipeline or flexible hose. Pump
the clutch control hydraulic system.
Air presence in the hydraulic system. Worn
cups and rings in the main and service cylin-
ders. Replace the main and service cylin-
ders. Pump the clutch control hydraulic sys-
tem.
Replace the flexible hose.
