Prevent operation of the tractor with malfunctioned instrumentation.
It is prohibited to inflate tyres without pressure control.
While hitching the tractor to the agricultural machines additionally observe the safe-
ty requirements for these machines operation.
Prior to coupling the tractor to the agricultural machines, make sure that RMD lower
and upper arms automatic grippers are clean and in good working order. It is prohibited to
work with malfunctioning automatic grippers or with inner cavities of automatic grippers be-
ing clogged by dirt and foreign particles.
If the tractor front part leaves the ground during coupling the heavy machines to the
rear hitch device, then install front ballast weights.
Do not work under lifted agricultural implements. During long-term stoppages, do
not leave mounted implement in lifted position.
Prior to lifting or lowering the mounted agricultural implement, as well as during the
tractor turns, make sure that there is no danger to hit someone or to strike some kind of an
obstacle.
Lower the mounted or semi-mounted machine into working position and lift it into
transportation position only when the train moves straightforward.
To prevent the tractor or agricultural machine breakages, perform transportation
movements and turns of the tractor unit with lifted agricultural machine only after making
sure that the rear PTO shaft is deactivated.
While hitching and coupling the agricultural machines and implements to the tractor,
the hitching person shall be at the safe distance until full stop. Perform hitching (coupling)
only after the signal from the operator.
When the machine cardan drive is connected to the PTO shaft, deactivate the PTO
shaft, apply parking brake of the tractor and turn the engine off.
When the machines with PTO shaft drive are disconnected, remove cardan drives
and cover the PTO shaft shank with the protective cap.
The cardan shafts, which transmit torque from the tractor PTO shaft to the units
work tools, shall be fitted with guards.
While working with stationary machines, which are driven by the rear PTO shaft, it
is necessary to always apply the parking brake and lock the rear wheels from front and
rear sides. Make sure that the machine is fastened reliably.
Make sure that guards for the rear PTO shaft shanks are installed. If PTO shaft is
not used, install the PTO shaft shank cap back in its place.
While working with the rear PTO shaft or near rotating equipment do not wear loose
clothes.
To prevent the tractor or agricultural machine breakage, turn the tractor unit only after
the machine work tools are completely withdrawn from soil.
If tractor units are operating in column, spacing between them shall be at least 30
m.
Depending on the work conditions, use the cab natural ventilation or the air heating
unit in the cab.
While the tractor operates, the operator shall use standard hearing protection
equipment.
While working or movement of the tractor unit in area of the electricity transmission
line, distance from the unit's highest point to the wires shall be according to Table 3.3.1.
