Guard time value. This bit-field gives the Guard
time value in terms of number of baud clocks. This
RW
is used in Smartcard mode. The Transmission
Complete flag is set after this guard time value.
Prescaler value field.
In IrDA Low-power mode, the source clock is
divided by this value (all 8 bits valid), with a value
of 0 indicating retention.
RW In normal IrDA mode, this bit can only be set to 1.
In smartcard mode, the source clock is divided by
twice this value (valid in the lower 5 bits) to clock
the smart card, with a value of 0 indicating
retention.
