Command Reference Guide Modem Interface Configuration Command Set
dialin
Use the dialin command to enable the modem for remote console dial-in, disabling the use of the modem
for dial-backup.
Syntax Description
No subcommands.
Default Values
By default, dialin is disabled.
Applicable Platforms
This command applies to the NetVanta 1000R, 3000, and 4000 Series units.

Release 3.1 Command was introduced.
Usage Examples
The following example enables remote console dial-in:
(config)#interface modem 1/2
(config-modem 1/2)#dialin
