♦ Engine and gearbox jack - VAS 6931-
♦ Torque wrench - V.A.G 1332-
– If fitted, remove front noise insulation ⇒ General body repairs,
exterior; Rep. gr. 66 ; Noise insulation; Assembly overview -
noise insulation .
– Unscrew bolts -1- for pendulum support from gearbox.
– Position engine and gearbox jack - VAS 6931- -1- under sub‐
frame
– If necessary, clean thread of locating pins - T10486/1- .
