– Use tensioning straps - T10038- to strap vehicle to support
beams of lifting platform on both sides.
WARNING
If the vehicle is not strapped down, it may slip off the lifting
platform.
– Remove the coil springs
Vehicles with manual parking brake
– Press lever on brake caliper -2- in -direction of arrow- and de‐
tach handbrake cable -1-.
– Compress locking lugs -3- together and pull handbrake cable
out of bracket -4- on brake caliper.
– First pull handbrake cable -1- off locking lugs, then pull com‐
pletely out of bracket -2-.
Vehicles with electrical parking brake
– Detach line -1- from trailing arm -2-. To do this push out inner
pin of retainer -arrows-.
