NFB or fuse.
Switc hing ON/OFF the primary side of th e
electromagn etic con tactor c an turn the inte grated
elevator d evic e ON/ OFF, but frequ ent switching is
a cause of mac hine failure . Do no t swit ch ON/O FF
more than once an ho ur. Do not use the
electromagn etic con tactor as t he power s witc h
fo r the in tegrat ed elevator d rive; doing so will
s horten the lif e of the in tegrat ed elevator d rive.
When the main power supply ca pacit y is
great er tha n 500k VA, or when it switches
into the phas e capacit or, the in st antane ous
peak v oltage and current gene ra ted will
destroy th e interna l circuit of the motor
drive . It is recomme nded to ins tall an inp ut
sid e AC react or in the mot or drive. This
will a lso improv e the power f ac tor an d reduc e
power h armonics. The wiring dis tance should
be with in 10m.
