4.4.2.1 Trigger Function Block

This function block is used to specify the response threshold in relation to the selected
current range. If the input value is less than the parameterized threshold value, then the
value 0 is output at the output. If the input value is greater than or equal to the parameter-
ized threshold value, then the input value is used as the output value.
The trigger threshold is set with the TRG_THRESHOLD parameter in
bles 166 and 167

4.4.2.2 Ramp Generator Function Block

The speed at which the electrical current follows the setpoint specification is called the
"ramp function." The slope of the current change is limited via the ramp generator. The
ramp generator serves, among other purposes, to protect the slower mechanical systems
when the setpoint changes in jumps.
