9.6.9.2 Removing the Fixing
Pressure Thermal Switch
1) Disconnect the connector [1], and free the harness
[2] from the 4 wire saddles [3].

2) Remove the 2 screws [1], and detach the inlet unit
[2].

3) Remove the 2 screws [1], and move the 2 heater
harnesses [2] out of the way.
4) Remove the screw [3], and detach the thermal
switch.

9.6.9.3 Points to Note When
Mounting the Fixing Pressure
Thermal Switch
After mounting the thermal switch (before
mounting the inlet guide), check to make sure o the
following:
The surface of the thermal switch [1] must be parallel
to the pressure roller. (Be sure to check it by shining
the thermal switch by a pen light.) if not, re mount it.
