<MAIN DRV>
Use it to drive the intermediate transfer medium and the photosensitive drum for a specific period of time.
1) Select the item to highlight.
2) Press the OK key, and turn off and then on the power to start the operation. The operation will end in a specific
period of time.
<KEY HIST>
Use it to obtain a printout of the history of key inputs made on the control panel.
1) Select the item.
2) Press the OK key so that the machine generates the printout.
<HIST PRT>
Use it to obtain a printout of the history of jams and errors.
1) Select the item.
2) Press the OK key so that the machine generates the printout.
<TRS DATA>
Use it to move data received in memory mode to a Box.
1) Select the item.
2) Press the OK key to move the data.
<ITB ROT>
Use it to start idle rotation of the secondary transfer roller/intermediate transfer belt.
Execute idle rotation of the secondary roller and the intermediate transfer belt to prevent the intermediate belt from
turning into a particular shape.
1) Select the item to highlight, and press the OK key to start the operation.
<ATR EX>
Force ATR control.
Use it to force ATR control if the correction value for ATR control is lost, as after E020 (field servicing) or after
replacing the DC controller PCB.
1) Select the item to highlight, and press the OK key to start the operation.
<INTR EX>
Use it to force initial rotation, as the first thing in the morning.
You can force the various image stabilization control mechanisms (usually executed first thing in the morning during
initial rotation) consisting of the following:
potential control
primary transfer ATVC
Dmax control
ITB cleaning
secondary transfer powered idle rotation (only if selected in service mode)
patch detection (only in high temperature/humidity environment)
developing sleeve rotation (only in high temperature /humidity environment)
The operation takes about 1 min.
1) Select the item to highlight, and press the OK key to start operation.
