7.11.38 Ptential Sensor Unit

7.11.38.1 Outline

The potential sensor unit includes the following 4 parts:
potential control PCB
potential sensor
potential sensor relay harness (between relay
connector and potential control PCB)
potential sensor harness (between potential sensor
and relay connector)
Be sure that the potential sensor and the potential
control PCB are always replaced at the same time.
7.11.38.2 Removing the
Potential Control PCB
1) Open the upper right cover.
2) Remove the screw [1], and open the upper right
cover [1] wider.

3) Remove the screw [1], and detach the filter retainer
[2] and the filter [3].
4) Remove the screws [4], and detach the connector
cover [4].

5) Remove the screw [1], and detach the grounding
wire [2].
6) Remove the 5 screws [3], and detach the side plate
[4].

7) Disconnect the 2 connectors [1].
8) Remove the 2 screws [2], and detach the potential
control PCB [3].
