15.5.1.10.1 Overview

Resetting RAM/Error Code/Jam History/Error History

15.5.1.10.2 <ERR>

15.5.1.10.3 <DC CON>

Use it to reset an error code.

(E000, E001, E002, E003)

1) Select the item, and press the OK key.

2) Turn off and then on the main power supply.

Use it to reset the RAM on the DC controller PCB.

The contents of the RAM are removed when the main power switch is turned off and

then on once again.

1) Obtain a printout of the service mode settings by making the following selections:

COPIER>FUNCTION>MISC P>P PRINT.

2) Select the item, and press the OK key.

3) Turn off and then on the main power.

4) As necessary, enter the data indicated on the print obtained using [P PRINT].
