Rimuovere gli alberi cambio e il
tamburo selezione marce dai
semicarter come descritto alla
Sezione N 7.2.
Sfilare l'albero motore (L) utilizzando
un martello in plastica e prestando
attenzione alle rondelle di rasamento.
Rimuovere l'albero rinvio
distribuzione (30) e recuperare la
guarnizione OR (31) nel canale di
comunicazione olio tra i semicarter.
Revisione semicarter
Procedere ad un accurato controllo

visivo dei semicarter motore.
Controllare, su piano di riscontro, che
le superfici dei semicarter siano
perfettamente piane.
Controllare che i cuscinetti (1) e (18) e
2
le bussole (2) e (17) siano in ottimo
stato. Se necessitano di sostituzione i
cuscinetti di banco devono essere
sostituiti in coppia (vedi procedura al
paragrafo seguente "Cuscinetti di
banco").
Remove the gearbox shafts and gear
selector drum from the crankcase
halves as described in Section N 7.2.
Drive out the crankshaft (L) using a
plastic mallet, taking care not to lose
the shims.
Remove timing belt driveshaft (30)
and recover the O-ring (31) in the oil
way between the crankcase halves.
Overhaul of the
crankcase halves
Carefully examine the engine
crankcase halves.
Check that the surfaces of the
crankcases are perfectly flat using a
reference surface.
Check that bearings (1) and (18) and
bushes (2) and (17) are in perfect
condition. Note that main bearings
must always be changed in pairs
(refer to the procedure below in
"Main bearings").
