Inserire nella valvola termostatica (16) il
manicotto valvola termostatica/

radiatore acqua (15), il manicotto
valvola termostatica/testa verticale (18)
ed il manicotto valvola termostatica/
testa orizzontale (25)
Bloccare il manicotto valvola
termostatica/radiatore (15) con la
fascetta a clic (23). Orientare la

fascetta come rappresentato in
FASCETTE A CLIC DA 26/ figura.

Bloccare il manicotto valvola
termostatica/testa verticale (18) e il
manicotto valvola termostatica/testa
orizzontale (25) con n. 2 fascette a
click (17). Orientare la fascetta come
in figura.

e (17) sui rispettivi manicotti è data
dalle 3 strisce (C) rappresentate sui
manicotti stessi.
Installare un anello OR (19)
opportunamente lubrificato nella
sede del raccordo (20) e su quella del
raccordo (29).
Posizionare il raccordo (20) sulla
testa verticale ed avvitare le viti di
29
fissaggio (21).
Posizionare il raccordo (29) sulla testa
orizzontale ed avvitare le viti di
fissaggio (26).
Serrare la vite (21) e (26) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Collegare i connettori (B) del
cablaggio principale (Sez. P 1) ai
sensori sui raccordi delle teste.

Inserire il manicotto (25) sul
raccordo (29) della testa orizzontale
e serrare la fascetta (17).
Inserire il manicotto (18) sul
raccordo (20) e fissarlo con la
fascetta (17).

Refitting the cooling
system hoses and unions
Warning
For correct assembly, ensure
that the lugs (A) on the thermostat
enagage the slots (B) in the hoses.
Connect the thermostat/radiator
hose (15), the thermostat/vertical
head hose (18) and the thermostat/
horizontal head hose (25) to the
thermostat (16).
Secure the thermostat/radiator
hose (15) with the snap-on hose
clip (23). Position the clip as shown
in the figure.
Secure the thermostat/vertical head
hose (18) and the thermostat/
horizontal head hose (25) with two
snap-on clips (17). Position the clips
as shown in the figure.
Important
The corect positions of the
3 clips (23) and (17) is indicated by the
3 stripes (C) on the hoses.
Fit suitably lubricated O-rings (19) in
the seat on union (20) and the seat on
union (29).
Locate the union (20) on the vertical
cylinder head and fit the retaining
screws (21).
Locate the union (29) on the
horizontal cylinder head and fit the
retaining screws (26).
Tighten the screws (21) and (26) to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Reconnect the wiring connectors (B)
(Sect. P 1) to the sensors on the
cylinder head unions
Fit the hose (25) on the horizontal
head union (29) and tighten the
clamp (17).
Fit the hose (18) on the horizontal
head union (20) and tighten the
clamp (17).
