Rimontaggio pignone catena

Prima del montaggio, verificare che
sull'albero secondario sia presente il
3
distanziale (14).
Verificare che la calettatura dell'albero
secondario (B) e quella del pignone (5)
risultino in perfette condizioni.
Istallare la catena (6) sul pignone (5).

Inserire il pignone (5) sull'albero
secondario cambio (B).
Inserire la rosetta di sicurezza (4)
sull'albero secondario cambio (B).
Applicare grasso sull'albero
secondario e sul piano di giunzione
del dado (3).
Posizionare il cambio in folle.
Bloccare il dado (3) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Ribadire la rosetta di sicurezza (4).
Eseguire il tensionamento della
catena (Sez. D 4).

Posizionare il coperchio pignone (2)
serrando le viti (1) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Refitting the front sprocket
Before installing, check that the
output shaft is equipped with the
spacer (14).
Check that the splines of the gearbox
output shaft (B) and the sprocket (5)
are in perfect condition.
Install the chain (6) onto the
sprocket (5).
Slide the sprocket (5) onto the
gearbox output shaft (B).
Fit the lock washer (4) onto the
gearbox output shaft (B).
Apply grease to the output shaft and
the contact face of the nut (3).
Put the gearbox into neutral.
Tighten lock nut (3) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Stake over the lock washer (4).
Adjust the chain tension (Sect. D 4).
Fit the sprocket cover (2) and tighten
the bolts (1) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
