Sensore temperatura/
pressione aria
Questo sensore viene alimentato
dalla centralina elettronica e fornisce
l'informazione riguardante la
pressione assoluta dell'aria in una
zona priva di turbolenze del motociclo
e ne rileva contemporaneamente la
temperatura. I segnali elettronici
ottenuti giungono alla centralina
elettrica dove vengono utilizzati per
ottenere le correzioni in funzione della
temperatura e pressione rilevati.
Note
Per eseguire la prova di
funzionamento di questo componente
è necessario disporre dello strumento
di diagnosi "DDS".
Smontaggio sensore
temperatura/pressione aria

Per lo smontaggio del sensore di
pressione temperatura aria rimuovere
il cupolino (Sez. E 1).
Rimuovere il fanale anteriore
(Sez. P 4), scollegare il connettore (A)
del cablaggio principale dal sensore (1),
svitare la vite di fissaggio del sensore e
rimuoverlo dal telaietto anteriore.
Rimontaggio sensore
temperatura/pressione aria
Operare con il procedimento inverso
allo smontaggio e serrare la vite di
fissaggio del sensore (1) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Al termine del rimontaggio ricollegare
il connettore (A) al sensore.
Rimontare il fanale anteriore
(Sez. P 4) e il cupolino (Sez. E 1).
Air temperature/pressure
sensor
This sensor is powered by the
electronic control unit and it supplies
information concerning the absolute
air pressure in an area of the
motorcycle that is not subject to
turbulence, while simultaneously
reading the air temperature.
The electronic signals thus obtained
are transmitted to the control unit,
where they are used to make
corrections in accordance with the
detected temperature and pressure.
Notes
To test the operation of this
component, use the "DDS" tester.
Removing the air temperature/
pressure sensor
To remove the air temperature/
pressure sensor, first remove the
headlight shell (Sect. E 1).
Remove the headlight (Sect. P 4),
disconnect the main wiring loom
connector (A) from the sensor (1),
unscrew the sensor retaining screw
and remove the sensor from the front
subframe.
Refitting the air temperature/
pressure sensor
Refitting is the reverse of removal:
tighten the retaining screw of the
sensor (1) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
On completion of the refitting
operations, reconnect the wiring
connector (A) to the sensor.
Refit the headlight (Sect. P 4) and the
headlight shell (Sect. E 1).
