Inserire il tenditore mobile (27)
completo di eccentrico (7) nel perno
di ogni testa, introducendo la cinghia
tra le bordature del rullo esterno.
Impuntare il dado (8) dopo averlo
lubrificato con grasso prescritto.
Eseguire il controllo del valore di
tensionamento e la eventuale
registrazione come descritto al
paragrafo "Controllo e registrazione
tensione cinghie distribuzione"
(Sez. D 5).
Attenzione
Controllare i valori di
tensionamento sui bracci delle
cinghie (D) e (E) indicati in figura.

Raggiunta la tensione desiderata
accertarsi che i dadi (8) di fissaggio
tenditore mobile (27) e le viti (22)
siano serrati alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Attenzione
Ogni volta che si effettua la
sostituzione di un organo della
distribuzione è buona norma
verificare la fase (Sez. N 4.1).
Rimuovere l'attrezzo bloccaggio

alberi distribuzione cod. 88713.1791
8 e l'attrezzo blocco rotazione albero
motore cod. 88713.2011.

Fit the adjustable tensioner (27)
complete with eccentric (7) onto the
pin of each head, inserting the belt
between the edges of the outer roller.
Grease and hand start the nut (8).
Check the timing belt tension and
adjust if necessary as described
under the heading "Checking and
adjusting timing belt tension"
(Sect. D 5).
Warning
Check the tension on the belt
sections (D) and (E) shown in the
figure.
Once the belts are correctly
tensioned, ensure that the nuts (8)
securing the tensioner pulley (27) and
the screws (22) are tightened to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Warning
Whenever you renew any
components of the timing system,
it is good practice to also check the
timing (Sect. N 4.1).
Remove the camshaft holding
tool 88713.1791 and the crankshaft
holding tool 88713.2011.
