forcellone
Verificare l'entità della distorsione
del perno (19) forcellone con un
comparatore:
posizionare il perno (19) su due
riscontri uguali;
ruotare il perno e muovere in senso
orizzontale lo strumento;
leggere il valore della distorsione.
Limite di servizio: (0,3 mm)
(Sez. C 1.1).
Sostituire i perni che risultano distorti
oltre il limite prescritto o che
presentano incrinature e/o
deformazioni.
Verifica gioco assiale
forcellone
La scelta dei rasamenti (12) è
necessaria in fase di rimontaggio del
forcellone.

Per verificare il gioco assiale operare
come segue:
introdurre un rasamento (12) di
spessore 1,8 mm su entrambi i lati
del motore; tenere appoggiato il ramo
sinistro del forcellone (4) al motore e
verificare con spessimetro o con
rasamenti calibrati il gioco presente
sull'altro lato del motore.
È consentito un gioco laterale fino a
0,10 mm.
Se la lama o il rasamento di spessore
0,10 mm fatica ad entrare non è
necessario introdurre alcun rasamento.
In caso contrario sono disponibili
rasamenti da 0,20 mm e da 0,10 mm
con i quali ristabilire il gioco prescritto.

Importante
Il pacco di rasamenti di
spessore maggiore va sempre
montato sul lato destro del forcellone.
Inspecting the swingarm
pivot shaft
Measure the swingarm pivot shaft (19)
run-out using a dial gauge:
place the pivot shaft (19) on two
reference blocks of the same size;
rotate the shaft and move the gauge
horizontally;
read off the run-out.
Service limit: (0.3 mm) (Sect. C 1.1).
Renew the pivot shaft when run-out
exceeds the specified limit or if
cracked or otherwise damaged.
Checking swingarm
endfloat
The shim thicknesses (12) are to be
determined on refitting the
swingarm.
Check the endfloat as follows:
install shims (12) of thickness 1.8 mm
on both sides of the engine; hold the
left branch of the swingarm (4) up
against the engine and measure the
clearance on the other side of the
engine using feeler gauges or
calibrated shims.
The maximum permissible endfloat is
0.10 mm.
When a 0.10 mm feeler gauge or shim
can only be inserted with difficulty,
there is no need to install any further
shims. Otherwise, use the available
shims in two sizes (0.20 mm and
0.10 m) to obtain the specified
endfloat.
